Returns
We accept returns on unused hair in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, hair must:
- Be unused and uninstalled
- Be in original packaging
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
You may return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Quality Guarantee
If you believe there is a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
We will review the claim and assist you with the next steps.
❗️We do not replace hair damaged by incorrect installation, bleaching, coloring, heat damage, or improper care.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
